Call for Volunteers: XARTS 2025 – International Conference and Summer School on Extended Arts
21–28 June 2025 | Syros, Greece
The organising committee of XARTS 2025 invites students, young researchers, and cultural workers to participate as volunteers in the upcoming edition of the International Conference and Summer School on Extended Arts.
We are seeking committed individuals interested in contemporary art, design, technology, and event organisation to support the smooth running of the conference and exhibition activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with registration and information desks
- Supporting setup and operation of workshops and exhibits
- Coordinating speaker and participant logistics
- Documenting sessions (photography/video, notes)
- Providing technical assistance in presentations and installations

Requirements:
- Availability in Syros from 18 to 30 June 2025
- Proficiency in English (Greek is a plus)
- Interest in art, design, and/or media technologies
- Responsibility, communication skills, and ability to work in teams
